The space is large enough to comfortably house an American fridge freezer plus wine cooler and dishwasher, yet still be bright and homely.

The boiler is a specialist external combination boiler located outside to allow more space in the home.

The living room is a generous size with a bay window to the road and French doors leading to the garden. Upstairs on our so named mezzanine floor there is a generous single bedroom and bathroom with a bath. It’s been used as a bedroom, a library, and an office the next family will have their own uses! The rooms are bright and airy. On the first floor are two spacious double bedrooms. Another staircase leads you to the top floor where you’ll find another large bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a bath and over the bath shower. This room has a reclaimed mahogany floor, it is bright and airy with two windows and French doors with a faux balcony.  This home will be a lovely home for anyone.

The overall garden is larger than average for the location as the previous owners purchased a part of the neighbouring garden! As such there is parking space for a least two cars handy in this day and age. Access to parking is via a semi private roadway next to the house. It’s a walled garden and the medium sized shed for tools and storage leaves plenty of parking space.

The house is well positioned with good transport links it is well served with buses. West Croydon Station and East Croydon and Tramlinks make access to London and beyond convenient. Croydon University Hospital is within walking distance as are many others the local amenities.
