The property itself is beautifully built and has been carefully maintained throughout our time here! It’s a home we’ll genuinely miss - not just for its quality, but for the comfort and ease it’s given us. One of our favourite features has been the underfloor heating - it keeps the space wonderfully warm and cosy, especially during the colder months.

We’ve loved the location, just a short walk to town and the train station, yet surrounded by parks and green spaces. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and tranquillity.
Inside, the layout has been incredibly practical. The utility room keeps appliances tucked away, helping maintain a clean and tidy living space. The built-in cupboards and wardrobes were a huge help when we were first-time buyers.

Parking has always been straightforward, with two dedicated spaces and plenty of visitor bays around the estate. It’s never felt overcrowded, and there’s always room when guests come by.

We’ve been so happy here, and we hope the next owners find just as much joy in this home as we have.
