The area is very convenient to live in – there are shops, cafes, and green spaces nearby, plus a large playground for walking pets. Transport is accessible, the streets are clean, and couriers easily find the right house. Special thanks to manager Abdo Dada for helping with the contract – everything went quickly and smoothly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always been quick, helpful, and professional in resolving any issues I’ve raised.

I wish I had known earlier about the large pet-friendly area nearby.

We have been so impressed with everything from our very first interaction with Abdo Dada to moving in to our first couple of weeks living here! Abdo was super supportive and helped us transition very easily. The local area is incredible, like we are living in a little bubble! There is traffic noise and we were concerned about this when considering a move to London but once you are in your apartment and close the doors, its so quiet and peaceful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly and efficiently which is super great...the team keep you updated on all aspects!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Our only regret is that we had not done this sooner!

Living in Bloom Nine Elms has many positives. The area feels modern and vibrant, with a growing range of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, plus Battersea Power Station just a short walk away for more options. There are excellent open spaces such as the Thames Path, Battersea Park, and new landscaped areas within Nine Elms itself, which make it feel greener than you’d expect in central London. Transport links are very convenient, with Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station stations on the Northern Line, as well as good bus connections and riverboat services. On the practical side, bin collections are generally reliable, and the streets feel safe and well-maintained. Parking can be limited and expensive, which may be a challenge for car owners, but for those relying on public transport, it’s less of an issue. Some construction noise still lingers as the area continues to develop, and traffic along main roads can be busy at peak times. Overall, though, it’s a well-connected and exciting place to live. Abdo Dada at Bloom (Greystar) helped so much with my move… more below.

Very few issues yet but they have been responsive when required.

Nothing to note - I suppose more info on car parking options would’ve been helpful but worked it out ourselves.

Waitrose and Sainsbury’s very near Restaurants a bit lacking No open space and poor environment due to road work

Relatively quick, helpful, friendly. However concierge empty too often.

Rent could have been paid semiannually instead of annually.
