• Bedroom 1

The first bedroom is a large and fully decorated bedroom equipped with carpet flooring, a built-in, wall wardrobe as well as modern night stands and storage. Behind the headstand, is a floral mural accenting the neutral tones. This bedroom also has a matte glass feature to allow natural light into the room without impacting privacy. The bed is a comfortable double with a thick headboard and storage underneath.

• Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is located towards the back of the property and has a fully furbished ensuite. This bedroom is once again carpeted and accommodates a double bed. The room has a wall-wardrobe and a large window giving on to the balcony. A modern set of end tables, chest of drawers and a wall mounted TV also make this room ideal for unwinding. 

• Bathrooms

Both bathrooms have a high pressure shower, white sink and toilet as well as a towel heating rack and various shelfing areas to place products.

• Kitchen 

The kitchen is a elegant open plan design with generous storage spaces, as well as a pantry cupboard. There are two large fridge freezers, one standing and the other built into the design. For the modern look, multi-sockets can be raised from the counters for appliances and the kitchen is fitted with an induction hob, oven and over-head ventilation unit. The kitchen area has wooden flooring for practicality and matching the red vinyl aesthetic of the kitchen units. Additionally the kitchen has a built in washing and drying machine for laundry convenience.

• Living Area

The large open floor plan spans from the entrance to the balcony and offers both a round table dinning area suitable for four people as well as a large L-shaped sofa opposite a wall mounted TV. The living area is backed by a large window-wall spanning the entire length of the living area granting access to the balcony. The front entrance also has an adjacent storage area built in.

• Balcony

The Entire first floor of the Litmus building has large balconies adorning the front edifice. Apartment 101's balcony is capable of hosting a large gathering and is furnished with an outdoor, modern dinning set. The balcony is ideal for outdoor meals, or enjoying the warm summer days.

• The Litmus Building 

The Litmus is a contemporary residential building finalised in 2006, and is one of Nottingham's tallest with 13 floors. It offers stunning views of the city centre and dominates Nottingham's skyline.

The Litmus building has a dual fob accessed secure door as well as a reception manager to accept deliveries, manage maintenance queries and ensure the building's security via CCTV. A large gym and swimming pool are located on the ground floor.

• Location

The location is central to Nottingham's University district (7 minute walk to NTU) as well as the the bustling Hockley street for food and Lace Market tram station. (5 minute walk). The train station and bus station are approximately 20 minutes away on foot and the famous Nottingham Castle as well. If you are looking for activities during you stay, the "Depot" climbing centre is next door and the Motorpoint arena / ice rink is 10 minutes away.
