Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac in Shipton Bellinger, this beautifully presented three-bedroom semi-detached home offers a perfect blend of style, comfort, and energy efficiency.
Sellers Highlight
We decided to move to Shipton Bellinger as a village because it was a small, tight-knit community that has a quiet village feel without losing connection to amenities and other local towns such as Tidworth. It is well situated for commuting which is helpful for work both local and trips to London. We love the fact we have such easy access to open fields and walks just out of the back of the estate along with quick and easy access to Salisbury Plains. The countryside was a major factor in our decision! We also love the fact that we get a quiet, safe village to live in whilst being really close to places like Andover or Salisbury if and when we want to go out for an evening or see a film. It’s also been great for us as we have horses nearby so it is a fantastic location for us - there are equestrian facilities around the area aside from where we keep ours too so there's flexibility there for horse owners. Our house is cosy, comfy, and a major attraction for us was the garden space and conservatory which gives us a great space for visitors. The solar panels are also important to us with being more energy efficient and can make us around £1,000 a year.
Step inside to discover a freshly decorated interior, featuring a striking modern navy kitchen with sleek cabinetry ideal for both everyday cooking and entertaining. The spacious conservatory extends the living space, providing a bright and versatile area overlooking the garden.
Upstairs, you'll find three well-proportioned bedrooms and a contemporary shower room finished to a high standard. Outside, the property boasts a private driveway with parking for up to three cars, a garage for additional storage, and solar panels to help reduce energy costs and environmental impact.
Shipton Bellinger is a charming Hampshire village nestled on the edge of Salisbury Plain, offering a strong sense of community and a rich local history. With a primary school, village shop and social club, it caters well to families and professionals alike. The village enjoys excellent transport links via the A303 and is just a short drive from Tidworth, Amesbury, and Salisbury, making it ideal for commuters. Surrounded by countryside and close to military facilities, it’s a peaceful yet well-connected place to call home.
