4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area has been a great experience overall. The local environment is clean and peaceful, and the streets are generally quiet with friendly neighbours. There are several parks and green spaces nearby, which are great for walking and relaxing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It's wonderful, Mustafa has been outstanding. He always responds quick to me once I raised up some issues. And the take care team would come quick to solve it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I spent some time to study and try to use the heat system as it is kind of new for me. So it would be great if there is detail instruction in advance.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Shops quality is good selection of variety of shops. Grocery less than 5miles you have a large Tesco, Morrisons and Sainsbury, B&M, B&Q, The Range, Halfords and a Costco (pity they have no fuel station at Costco) etc. The Centre MK Mall is well kept and designed for a day of shopping ,entertainment and food. The MK Station is 8mins drive in morning traffic. Bus routes for now seem fine, kids are managing will see as the days draw shorter for winter. Parks are plentiful. Mosques are 10 mins away. Living on my street is quiet, albeit the construction which I was aware of before hand. The park can get noisy with the teenagers and young adults socialising there and littering whilst they visit the park. Bin collections are excellent, though would appreciate if they could assist with the flattened boxes to be removed when put next to the bins on paper collection days, when moving in to new home.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing actually, I viewed 2 other homes, but this stood out to me the minute I walked in.
What is the best feature of your home:
Oh, the keyless entry. I know you said one but it has to be the garden and views from all the windows.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area where the condominium is located is very beautiful, with plenty of green spaces, clean and well-organized, where you can walk around peacefully. The neighbors are very friendly. The condominium is still under construction
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
On the day of our move-in, Mr. Mustafa provided us with files containing all the relevant and necessary information for our stay, which we found very valuable and helpful. He has been an excellent support for our living experience
What is the best feature of your home:
the tranquility and spaciousness of the spaces....

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I feel that the area needs developing in terms of local amenities like shops, restaurants etc. The phone service also needs to be sorted as there is none due to it being a new development. Other than that, I am thoroughly enjoying my new home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, Mustafa has been outstanding. I had an issue with my dishwasher and once I had raised this, he had this resolved the next day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have liked to have guidance on how to set up my heating and hot water on to a timer as the facilities here are completely new and I have no experience in using anything like this before.
Manager's response5Thank you for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback. We’re so pleased to hear that the sustainable design of your home is making a positive difference for you, and that Mustafa has provided such great support; your recognition of his efforts will mean a lot to him and the team. We appreciate your comments about local amenities and mobile service, and we’ll continue to share these with the relevant stakeholders as the area develops. Your note about clearer guidance on heating and hot water is also very helpful; we’ll review how we can provide more practical information at move-in. It’s fantastic to know that you’re enjoying your new home, and we’re committed to making sure your experience continues to be a positive one.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The houses are newly built and really well maintained, with any small issues sorted quickly and professionally. The area itself feels safe and is ideal for families, with plenty of open space for the kids to play and loads of parking. We’ve had a great experience overall and a lot of that is down to Ellie and the property management team being on top of everything.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
A special mention to Ellie, our property manager, who has been fantastic. She’s responsive, easy to reach, and always ready to help. She actually listens, and more importantly, acts fast. Because these are newly built homes, she and the team regularly check in and often spot and fix issues before we even notice them. Genuinely professional and proactive.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
When we moved in, we were only the second family in the development, and it’s been amazing to watch the community grow around us. It’s full of family-friendly people, and we’ve built some really meaningful friendships here. That sense of community has been one of the most rewarding parts of living in this area.
Manager's response5Thank you for such a detailed and positive review. We’re delighted to hear that you’re enjoying your home, from the spacious design and private garden to the family-friendly atmosphere of the community. It’s also wonderful to know that the sense of community developing around you has been such a rewarding part of your experience. Your kind words about Ellie and the property management team mean a great deal; being proactive and supportive for residents is exactly what we strive for, and we’ll be sure to share your feedback with her. We appreciate your note on the heat pump and are glad to hear that any issues have been resolved quickly. Knowing that you feel safe, supported, and part of a growing community is the best outcome we could hope for.
