4 Durants Cottages is an existing structure which is attached to the party wall of nos. 3 and 5 Durants Cottages. Approval is for the demolition and rebuild/replacement to provide a three-bedroom semi-detached house over ground, first and second floors, which will provide approximately 1,464 square feet GIA.

Plots 5 and 6 are 2 x large four-bedroom detached properties, each extending to approximately 2,206 square feet GIA and benefit from plentiful glazing to the rear elevation, which overlooks the Leeds and Liverpool Canal and farmland beyond.
