The property is a minutes' walk from Popes Meadow Park, ideal for families and children to enjoy walking and playing. Outstanding/Good local primary and secondary schools are close by with The Lexicon, a shopping centre boasting great restaurants and cafes, a few minutes away. Centrally located with direct access from Bracknell to Waterloo Station, close to the M4, M3 and Heathrow Airport. Close to Windsor and Reading. We'll be parting with this beautiful house with a heavy heart - it's time for this family to move onto pastures new and make way for a new family to enjoy this space.

Binfield is one of the most sought after locations to live locally, and thanks to its thriving and bubbly community it's no suprise why! Lawton House is located on the edge of Binfield and there are plenty of great schools within walking distance, as well as plenty of local shops for day to day essentials, along with a wealth of pubs, cafe's and take-aways as well. Greenspaces to explore are also in abundance with plenty of country walks and play parks all on the doorstep.

Bracknell Town Centre is a short 5 minute drive away, and Maidenhead is around 15 minutes by car where the train station gets into London Paddington in around 20 minutes. The A329, A30, M4 & M3 motorway networks are all within a few minutes drive making this delightful home very well connected as well.

The property was built by Vanderbuilt homes just over seven years ago, and the owner, has maintained it beautifully. From the front it is fairly unassuming, but it's a really big house! The dimensions and ceiling heights are fantastic. The opportunity to buy this property is not to be missed, viewing is available immediately!
