As we have had two offer at 2500 and 2650 – I would suggest going back to the young lady at 2650 accepting her offer, if she fails to make the payment for holding deposit and next steps I can adjust the price to 2700 tomorrow and re-advertise the flat to see what leads come in next week.

I will go back to the first offer and say this is to low – and push for a high figure.
