5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Ebb team, Yousra and Veronique have made living here quite pleasant. As a student they have supported all of the needs I had and allowed for a smooth transition into living here. The atmosphere in the lobby is very pleasant and clean, and the amenities such as the gym at and the common kitchen make it’s very practical and social. As for the restaurants, there is amazing service all over the central area and access to a range of different cuisine.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t had many issues in our apartment, however the team have supported my for the utilities payments.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wished I knew about it sooner. It would be great if there were tours of the buildingfacilities during term times.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in Reading offers a good mix of conveniences and some challenges. The town has a wide range of shops, from big supermarkets to independent stores, and plenty of restaurants and bars offering diverse cuisines. Open spaces like parks are well-maintained and great for outdoor activities. Transport links are generally good, with frequent trains to London and other cities, plus buses serving local areas.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They were prompt and attentive, always responding quickly. The 24-hour concierge service is excellent and very reassuring, providing helpful support whenever needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the gym is open 24 hours, which is really convenient and something I really liked. On the downside, water and electricity aren’t included in the rent, so those bills can add up more than expected.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at Ebb&Flow has been a mostly positive experience. The area offers a good range of local shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, with more options a short bus or train ride away. There are also some lovely open spaces nearby for walks or relaxing outside, which is great. Transport links are generally convenient—buses run frequently and the nearby train station makes commuting manageable, though delays can happen during peak times. Parking on the street can be a bit tricky depending on the time of day, but it’s not the worst. Bin collections are usually on time and consistent. The street is generally quiet and friendly, though like any area, there can occasionally be noise from traffic. Anti-social behaviour isn't a major issue here, and the community feels safe and welcoming overall. A special shoutout to Yousra, who has been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever support is needed—she really makes a difference in day-to-day living here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has responded quickly and professionally to any issues raised. Yousra has been especially helpful, always ensuring problems are followed up and resolved efficiently. Her support has made a big difference.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving into Ebb&Flow is how quickly parking can fill up in the surrounding area—if you have a car, it's worth checking out the best nearby options in advance. Also, the building is generally quiet, but occasional noise from nearby roads can be noticeable during rush hour. On the positive side, I didn’t fully realise how supportive the building management—especially Yousra—would be. Her presence genuinely improves the experience of living here, so new neighbours should know they’re in good hands!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It is very convenient to live near railway station and next to the town centre, when I have to travel for work to London. Notes Coffee cafe and Siren next to apartment are one of my favourites. M&S food hall and oracle mall is just a minute walk which makes any shopping very convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It was very quick and smooth with an approach to resolve the issue
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It's not too bad Access to parcel room, there is a code to enter which am still not aware. Access to parking if I don't have vehicle but want to use taxi service
