    Right in the city centre so there’s loads to do within walking distance. Lots of places to shop and good restaurants.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very responsive to any issues. They usually get back within a few hours during working times.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The apartments are very warm which is fine in the winter but it gets uncomfortable inside in the summer.

    It’s a really quiet location, which is super surprising given its location adjacent to the M8 near Charing Cross and Glasgow City centre, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and a Tesco Express nearby which is super handy. The Kings theatre is just round the corner which is also great.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Not applicable. No issues with the property. Super happy.

    Nothing, no hidden issues. Very transparent process and friendly and capable team.

    The good aspects are it is very quiet, good management team & great location. The bad aspects, I can't think of any!

    I haven't had any issues or problems in my apartment.

    There is an issue with bin chute 3, which the team know about it. The management have been proactive in ensuring this is sorted.

    Living in this local area is really great. There are various shops with a wide range of goods, and the quality is good. Restaurants offer delicious food from different cuisines, and bars are nice places to relax. The open spaces are well - maintained, perfect for a walk.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management has been really great. When I had issues, they responded quickly. Also, I want to mention Jose Navas. He was so helpful when I first moved in, and the management team, with people like him, makes dealing with any problems a smooth process. Whenever there's a concern, they address it promptly and effectively, ensuring everything gets sorted out in a timely manner.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known about the amazing community events that happen here regularly.

    Fantastic place to live. The spaces allow me to relax after a hard days work & the location is fantastic Bad- dog poo & it would be great to have a punch bag in the gym!

    They have been fantastic if I raise a ticket, really responsive

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known about the amount of residents who don't respect the communal spaces by not picking up their dog poo.
