This stunning living room stretches to almost 24 feet in length into the bay window, and is absolutely flooded with natural light from dual aspect windows. Another central hearth gives homage to the original aspects of the building, but this is a space that could really be utilised in any way. Previously, seating has been central with a dining area to the bay, but really, your imagination is the limit here.
From the kitchen there is a winding staircase leading up to the first floor landing area, with glass balustrades and velux windows. From here you access the first of the bedrooms. Here you can really see some of the original features coming through, exposed beams and pitched windows.

Over the landing is arguably my favourite room in the apartment (running the living room into a close second). The main family bathroom isn't done justice by the phrase "four piece". The Porcelanosa copper bath sits proud at the end of the room, serviced by a floor mounted copper tap and shower attachment. There is a further WC and vanity unit with over sink mirror with tap to activate light.
Completing this beautiful room is the walk in shower, again an understatement, as it is bigger than most bathrooms itself! I love the wall storage here and the impressive double shower head.
On from the here is a second landing space with doors leading to the third bedroom (in of itself an excellent double!) and the third, arguably main, bedroom.
This bedroom has been decorated to a completely unique level, with imported cow hide effect wallpaper, fire surround and double windows.
