OWNERS INSIGHT
When we saw the property nearly a year ago we recognised that it needed a lot of work to turn it back to a lovely home again. No expense has been spared with the extensive works that we have undertaken and we are proud to present this as a desirable home once more and with the added bonus of additional living spaces to the first floor.

We recognised that the original kitchen was small so have swapped around the kitchen and second bedroom to provide a bigger and more usable kitchen / dining room conforming with modern trends. The kitchen is of a high quality with quartz work tops and Bosch appliances throughout. There is a new bathroom and en-suite shower room and brand new carpets in the bedrooms, living room, hallway and landing area. We quickly realised that we could extend into the loft and have created two more useable and highly adaptable rooms to suit one's needs.

The garden was overgrown and frankly a mess, so we have tidied this up and have revealed a larger plot than even we had imagined. I am sure that our hard work and labour will be greeted positively and look forward to handing over the keys to the new buyers very soon.

STEP INSIDE
A short flight of steps lead up to the the front door and entrance hallway. Straight away you are struck by the freshness and exceptional condition of this bungalow. The kitchen / dining room is an outstanding room with a modern white suite with clean lines and white base level units complemented by a quartz worktop.
