What The Seller Says - I have lived in this house for nearly 38 years now, bought up my three children here, and watched as each one flew the nest to their own homes with their respective partners.
Living here alone, but NOT lonely, for nearly 10 years, as the Avenue is safe, friendly and has a strong community spirit. Everyone in the road is known to me and is friendly, welcoming and supportive.
I honestly believe it’s time to let someone else raise their family in this fantastic home and Avenue, and as much as I do not really want to leave, I feel now is the time as I require something smaller and easy to manage.
The peace and quiet this home has given us over the years is now for some lucky family to cherish
