Extended and improved with a lovely open green space to the front of the house. The upgraded semi-detached property has three bedrooms, two outbuildings, and a refitted shower room and bathroom.

Outside the garden is mainly paved with grey sandstone slabs. There is a large raised planter running along the south facing boundary. A big patio seating area is located in the back corner next to the excellent bar outbuilding.

The bar outbuilding has bi-fold doors and timber panelling to the walls. A bar area and wood burning stove to the corner. There is power and light for late nights away from the house.

The other end of the garden, which wraps around the house, a storage shed and summer house. This is currently a hobbies room with lots of natural light. There is gated access to the garden from the front.

The local area is very well served for supermarkets, convenience stores, doctors, schooling of all ages, church and a little further a few pubs.
