All pets are allowed and there is a dedicated dog walking field. The river frontage is a particular attraction here where the grass banks provide space to relax and take in the naturally beautiful scenery.

This holiday home can be occupied for up to 11 months of the year with site vacation from January 6th - February 6th. It is not mortgageable and the annual ground rent is £4,750.00 which includes water. There is no council tax applicable. Electric is billed once annually and gas on consumption. All applications for purchase are assessed by the site management.
