Located on the south facade of this 'castelnau', which stretches along the crest of a hill overlooking the Gers countryside and the Pyrenees beyond, this former convent building comprises a main house, an adjoining former chapel, now deconsecrated, on one side, and a very large detached building used as a garage/workshop on the other. The renovation has preserved the original features (woodwork, moldings, fireplace, wooden floors) of an 18th-century mansion, now functional, comfortable, and easy to live in. High ceilings both upstairs and downstairs.

The main building consists of a large entrance hall leading to the living and dining rooms, opening directly onto the garden, and a covered side terrace, ideal for summer meals, with a well. Large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
The beautiful central staircase leads to a wide landing off which open three bedrooms (including a master suite with a very recent shower room and dressing room), and a family bathroom.

The former chapel is accessible from the interior of the house, halfway up the central staircase, or from the exterior via a separate entrance richly decorated with Toulouse terracotta motifs. This part includes an entrance hall, a large study/library, and two small rooms on the ground floor. Above, what would have been the loggia used during masses, a large space remains to be converted. Note the wall decorations characteristic of 19th-century religious buildings (in part).

A large garage with automatic roller shutters completes the built-up area of the property. A small adjoining workshop opens onto one of the terraces.

The terraced garden is completely private and enjoys magnificent panoramic views of the countryside and the Pyrenees.
