Great experience all around! This is a fantastic area to live in as we are close to the city centre and main streets. But far enough from the loudness of night life. Csrdiff central is literally across thr road so plenty of trqnsport links. The only minus is no parking spaces on the property but we were awarw of that before moving in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always quick to respond with a full update and solution.

Pretty much everything was covered before we moved in.

Gramercy is located right in the city centre and is less than a 2 minute walk to the train station! You cross the road and you’re there. You also have Cardiff bus station near and have the city centre shops on your door step including a Lidl around the corner for groceries.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t faced any problems personally yet, but from our friends we’ve made we know that if there ever has been any minor issues the staff are on it in an instance!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only thing that’s a working progress is car parking, if you have a car definitely look into parking options prior to moving so you’ve got a space sorted! ☺️

I’ve lived at Gramercy Towers for two months now and honestly, I have zero complaints. The staff and tenants are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Because of how close it is to the city centre, transport via train is super convenient, there’s also a lot of amenities and stuff to do in the area. The apartment building is situated on a really quiet street though, so even though it’s close to the city centre, there aren’t any noise complaints.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had any issues but I’m sure that if I did reach out, I’ll get a response
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing bad stands out. Maybe the spotty wifi would have been good to know but might not have influenced my decision to move regardless

Extremely good local amenities: super market within 2 mins walk, local restaurant hub on doorstep, gym and shops few minutes walk. Resident council parking 5 mins walk from building.

Very quick response to resolve very few issues during my time at site
