Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my local area has both positives and challenges. Shops, Restaurants & Open Spaces There’s a good range of local shops nearby, including convenience stores and supermarkets, which makes everyday essentials easy to find. The restaurants and cafés offer a decent mix of cuisines, though the variety could be wider, especially for more affordable dining options. Bars and pubs are friendly and welcoming, though they can get busy on weekends. One of the real strengths of the area is the open space – there are several parks and green areas within walking distance, which are great for walks, exercise, and family time. Transport Links Public transport is generally reliable, with buses and trains offering connections to central areas. However, at peak times services can get overcrowded, and delays do happen. Road access is straightforward, but traffic can be heavy during rush hour, which makes driving less convenient. Parking near the station is limited, which can be frustrating for commuters. Living on My Street Day-to-day life on my street is relatively peaceful. Parking is available but can be tight in the evenings when most residents are home. Bin collections are regular and usually efficient, though occasionally some waste is missed. There isn’t much in the way of anti-social behaviour, though at times there can be noise from passing traffic, especially during busy hours. Overall, it feels safe and community-friendly

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always responded quickly and professionally, making sure issues are resolved efficiently

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Balanced & Helpful: I wish I had known how busy parking. It’s manageable, but useful for new neighbours to be aware so they can plan accordingly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Train station within walking distance, with a good high street for shopping. Staff are very friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have raised four maintenance requests now, and Stuart has come each time to help fix and minor issues. Stuart is always very friendly, and talkative and completes the job to a high standard in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to have been told about Insite Energy, when we moved in, who heat the water for the estate. We did not know about them, so it came through a few months later as a random bill we hadn't paid.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Sutton is one the best places to live in London. In terms of transportation, there are many trains options which will only take you 30 mins to get to central London, it is also very convenient for grocery shopping since there are many supermarket on the high street. You will feel safe since the crime rate is very low.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very supportive and responsive when I have an inquiry.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Always so dusty since it is near the train station

    Manager's response

Thank you, GM! We’re delighted you feel at home at Well House. It’s wonderful to hear our team, especially Stuart, has been so supportive—he’ll be pleased to know his efforts made a difference.
