The ground floor accommodation includes an entrance hallway, cloakroom/WC, spacious lounge and a well-proportioned kitchen/dining room to the rear with a range of fitted units and glazed patio doors leading out to the garden. To the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms, including two doubles, along with a large built-in storage cupboard off the landing and a bathroom fitted with underfloor heating and white suite.
The property is warmed via a gas combination heating system and is fully double glazed. Externally there are gardens to both the rear and side. The rear includes raised border areas, while the side provides a large lawn with a patio seating section. Off-street parking is available via a driveway to the side.
