Recognised as a popular cycle stop along the C2C route, the pub provides accommodation to walkers doing the Wainwrights c2c as well as to cyclists doing the Cycling C2C. The pub pays tribute to Sir Bradley Wiggins' Tour de France win in 2012, aptly naming it "Wiggo's Barn."
The stone built property is set on a large site and consists of a bar, 50 cover restaurant areas, beer terrace, games room, two en-suite B&B rooms above the pub, as well as well presented external accommodation offerings.
The tenants have been in occupation for over 19 years and have managed to develop the pub from a small village drinking pub, to a bustling family-friendly hub offering great food, drinks and seven unique accommodation options.
