    This block is very nice space, very good environment and ambience, near to Battersea shopping mall and Park. Near to American embassy looks very safe.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very fast and friendly . Good! Agent help me when I have any questions when we prepare to pay deposits and lease rent.

    Good and hope can take part in some activities from apartment to know some neighbors.

    Waitrose and Sainsbury’s very near Restaurants a bit lacking No open space and poor environment due to road work

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Agent Abdo Dada was extremely helpful. I needed to secure accommodation on a very short timeframe, and he made sure every step was clear and handled quickly. Any issues I raised were responded to promptly and resolved without delay. His support made the whole process smooth and stress-free

    Rent could have been paid semiannually instead of annually.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Abdo Dada has been a great letting agent during our whole tenancy. He was always quick to respond, super patient, and really tried to help us whenever we had any issues. From viewing to move-in, communication was smooth and clear, and he always acted fast when problems came up. You can tell he genuinely cares about tenants and wants to make the renting process easy and stress-free. Would definitely recommend working with him!!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management team has generally been very responsive. Whenever we raised a maintenance issue or had questions about facilities, someone would follow up quite quickly. For example, once we had a light issue in the hallway, and it was fixed within two days. Communication is clear and friendly, and they seem to genuinely care about keeping things running smoothly

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    wish I had known that the meeting room and some of the other amenities sometimes require booking in advance, especially during busy hours. Also, it would’ve been helpful to know that the waste bins are shared and can get full quite quickly on weekends. Nothing too serious, just small details that are good to be aware of beforehand

    This is a wonderful development, filled with friendly people like Abdo Dada who will always support your comfort. This development is close to everything the London has to offer. This can really be a great place to live a happy life. The move in is easy, with all the support, and extremely easy if you are assisted by Abdo Dada, quick, responsive and hustle free. The perfect way to start life in London. This development offered everything, from safety to a friendly face.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management was always there to assist with any issues. Especially Abdo Dada was always available, and helpful. Should you ask for an unplanned visit or just a tour, you will be helped, especially with Abdo Dada.

    The view from your property is extremely important, and in some cases can be the deciding factor.

    This property is positioned at an ideal location that is stone away from major outlets, bus stops, restaurants, supermarkets, underground, Battersea state of the art mall.

    Throughout building mgt experience was great courtesy of Abdo Dada!
