    Yes they do and have been great in assisting me they put together regular meetings to update residents

    A very convenient location to live. As a young family you have shopping mall, grocery stores, parks and waterfront very close by. Range of good schools and childcare centres as well

    Yes - promptly attended to and resolved. FOH is very helpful

    Not related to the development - Wandsworth Town station has no lift or ramp access. A bit annoying for people with needs and families with prams

    Danny was extremely helpful throughout the process. Very understanding and always going above and beyond to make sure we felt looked after

    Maybe that there is a holding fee when trying to organize an apartment. Not a major issue though

    Great local shops, restaurants, pubs and easy transport links. My street is a little loud as I’m close to the station and main traffic circle. Can also be a little smelly in summer as we are close to the Wandsworth waste centre.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Slowly with many follow ups required and still, after 6months, waiting for the DSS intercom to be fixed

    The parcel store is a nightmare! It’s a hunt for every delivery

    Excellent transport. Amazing restaurants. Beautiful surroundings. Best pubs in the area. Only downside is the noise and sirens from the main road - but it’s manageable!
