The sense of community here has also been a real highlight. We feel very lucky to live near Floreat Montague Park Primary School, which we see as a fantastic place for our children to grow up in. We’ve been throughly impressed by the quality of teaching, the facilities and the overall culture - it really does feel like an environment that nurtures both learning and confidence. That, combined with the supportive and friendly nature of the estate, has made this an ideal place to raise a young family. The garden has been another big positive for us. It’s not overlooked from the back, which gives it a peaceful, open feel. We recently added a new patio, and it’s become our go-to spot for BBQs, paddling pools, and family time during the warmer months. And in the festive season, the townhouse layout has let us get creative — we’ve loved being able to put up two Christmas trees, which has brought a lot of joy (and excitement!) to our little ones each year.
