On the other side, across the River Irwell, is Deansgate and Manchester city centre with everything it has to offer.TRAVEL FROM OUR HOMESTo travel from this area you will find yourself an 8 minute walk to Victoria station with its mainline trains and tram service and a 9 minute walk from Spinningfields. The city's financial district is also a great spot to go after work to one of its many bars or restaurants.
ABOUT OUR HOMES
Each home at Chapel Wharf has a balcony or a terrace that runs the full length of the apartment. You can rent either furnished or unfurnished. If you choose furnished you can expect good quality furniture made from solid wood with either a light or dark finish. Superfast broadband forms part of your experience at Chapel Wharf and gives you a connection all across the development. All of our two bed apartments have two similar sized ensuite bedrooms, making it simple for people looking to share. A selection of pet friendly apartments are also available on specific floors throughout the Chapel Wharf development.
ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY
Chapel Wharf has lots of shared spaces residents can use day to day, either for working in or as places to spend time with friends and neighbours, and private rooms available to book for get togethers. It also has a well-equipped gym and studio on site, with classes running throughout the month. We have a team of people on site 24 hours a day at Chapel Wharf who you'll get to know when you live here. You can mostly find them on the ground floor where they're always around to answer a question, lend a hand or just have a chat.
House Kitchen
The house kitchen is open all day every day. Residents are welcome here any time, to come and get a coffee, talk to members of the team, or work at the big kitchen table.
Lounge
We have designed the lounge as a space where people can relax on the sofas, sit and work from their laptop, read a book or catch up with friends.
Gym
We have a gym on site equipped with Technogym machines, including cardio equipment, free-weights and a range of weights machines. From the studio we run scheduled yoga classes.
Club Room
The Club Room is a quiet space during the day for people to work in. The room can be booked out for private hire, and is also where some of the clubs meet up each week.
The Gallery
The gallery is a room that is available for residents to hire privately. You can cook for friends and host them around the big table, have a party or watch a film.
Gardens
The gardens offer some nice areas where you can sit and read a book, or just enjoy the sunshine on one of the deck chairs

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Love the coffee shop in the building and overall surrounding. City center is just 10 mins away and you can get a bus or a tram from to their to travel around Manchester. Traffic is not a problem but surrounding constructions can annoy with noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management response is really quick and helpful as we were having issues with hob and wardrobe door after moving and they were really helpful with that.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only thing was that when we moved in they should've checked the house before as hob and wardrobe door was broken.
Manager's response5Thank you for your lovely review Anshuja. We're really pleased to hear that you're enjoying your one-bedroom apartment, especially the spacious layout and the view. It’s great to know the reception team and building management have been helpful, and that you've found the parcel system and location convenient. We also appreciate your feedback about the dishwasher - we understand how that can be an important feature for some residents. Apologies again for the issues with the hob and wardrobe door when you moved in, but we’re glad the team were able to get those resolved promptly. Thanks again for your recommendation - it’s much appreciated

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close to absolutely everything both Manchester City Centre and the City of Salford have to offer. Shops, restaurants, cafes and coffee shops aplenty. Great transport links, both public transport and the road network around Greater Manchester. Parking is available on-site, there are also options locally too - both extra charges of course. There are currently roadworks on Chapel Street, which are disruptive if you are driving, but that is not Chapel Wharf's fault and they have done everything in their remit to liaise with Salford City Council and the contractors and keep up well informed throughout.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always quickly, never had a delay or problem if anything was needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Why we bothered looking at other apartment complexes nearby, when Chapel Wharf is clearly the best. In fact a letting agent only a few doors down told us this when we called in two years ago 'If you've been to Chapel Wharf, we won't be able to beat that! And it was true
Manager's response5Louise, thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We're so pleased to hear that your two years at Chapel Wharf were such a positive experience for both you and your daughter. Your comments about the cleanliness of the building, the sense of security, and the helpfulness of the team - particularly Ryan, Vicky and onsite maintenance - are genuinely appreciated. We’ll make sure your kind words are passed on to them. It’s great to know that you felt well looked after and that any issues, however small, were dealt with promptly. We're also glad the location worked so well for you, and that despite the roadworks, you felt informed and supported. Thanks again for your lovely feedback - it really means a lot to all of us.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very central location and close to the city. The road outside might be under maintenance for now creating congestion, but once it’s finished, it should be better.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Have not raised an issues yet , no nit sure about it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We were well informed in the demo viewing , and also it would have been great if we had a viewing of the room before we had moved in.
Manager's response5Thank you for your feedback Abhi, and for highlighting your positive move-in experience. We’re really pleased to hear that Diana made a great impression and was able to support you during the onboarding process. It's good to know you’re enjoying the spacious layout and central location. We appreciate your suggestions regarding room amenities - while these may vary depending on the apartment type, your comments will certainly be taken into consideration. If you ever need anything or have any questions going forward, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location, 5 minutes away from the city centre but far enough that you never hear or see any night life. 10 minute walk to the tram stop and lots of nice walks nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Issues responded to very quickly, concerns raised are dealt with promptly through email, the app or the phone in your room which calls directly to the concierge.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Concierge make moving in/out very easy by providing trolleys. Lots of lovely walks/bars/restuarants all within walking distance which you often get discounts for by providing your Chapel Wharf address.
Manager's response5Amy, than you for such a lovely review! We’re really pleased to hear that you’re enjoying life at Chapel Wharf and that the team have been helpful and responsive whenever needed - like our front desk and maintenance support teams - it's great to know they have made a positive difference. We’re also glad you’ve been able to take advantage of the local discounts - they're a great bonus. Thanks again for your feedback - it’s much appreciated.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location couldn’t be any more convenient for town and transport links, there’s an Asda opposite. There is noise in the local area but I believe doing a viewing and choosing a particular building/direction the apartment faces could have an impact on the amount of noise experienced
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had one maintenance issue raised with my toilet, and it was addressed immediately with communication on when the team needed to get into my apartment. This was consistent with any other maintenance checks too
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If there is no space in Chapel Wharf car parks, enquire about other secure parking nearby. Otherwise there is free street parking on Blackfriars from certain times. I also joined a fantastic group training gym called Collective, they are based on Blackfriars. And Leo and Roobs (coffee shop) and Black Friar (pub) are must visits! They became local favourites that I was sad to leave
Manager's response5Dear Sian, thank you for your lovely review and for choosing to make Chapel Wharf your home over the past four years. We’re really pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time here and that both the facilities and the service from our team met your expectations. It’s great to know you found the location convenient and the apartment bright and modern. We also appreciate your practical tips for future residents - especially around parking and local spots like Collective and Leo and Roobs! Your comments about our communication and maintenance responsiveness are much appreciated, and we’re glad that we could make your experience a positive one. Wishing you all the best in your new chapter.
