To reserve a property we will request one weeks rent as a holding fee, once paid the property will be held whilst referencing checks are carried out, when they are complete we will then request a deposit of 5 weeks rent .

We are registered with Client Money Protect and The Property Redress scheme and are also a member of the NRLA and accredited with them.
