Description

EweMove - A great three-bedroom semi-detached home with lots of light and space. Right next door to the local park, giving everyone a great open space to enjoy, this house is in a quiet cut-de-sac, with no passing traffic. Available 20th Oct 2025

We're in Amesbury, to the north of Salisbury, to look at a great three-bedroom semi-detached home in a nice and peaceful area. The town has plenty of amenities and shops to choose from but there are also a lot of villages and places in the area to explore and discover, which you'll have plenty of time to do.

The A303, or Amesbury Bypass, runs through the town and leads to the A338, which offers a direct route to the city of Salisbury for city life and further amenities, leisure facilities and cultural events throughout the year. Choosing Amesbury means you get to enjoy the peace and quiet while not being far from the hustle and bustle of city life - a very tough balance to find and one we have for you here. With good road access and public transport links, including a railway station in Salisbury, there's a lot to like here.

Upon reaching the street, it's clear that this is a quiet area with nice buildings that are well-cared for. Little traffic travels through and there is a green space on one side offering nice views and place to enjoy the fresh air.

This property has a gravelled area in front with a raised front door. To the side is a garage and driveway in front offering two off-road parking spaces, which is very useful. Step inside the entrance hall and take the door immediately to the left. This leads to a downstairs bathroom with toilet, sink and small window to the front. The stairs sit opposite the front door at the end of the hall but take the second door on the left first.

This is the living room, a large and bright space with a good-sized front facing window and feature fireplace with surrounding mantle. Combine this with a coffee table and you have a great social space for you, the family and any guests. In one corner there's a door leading to a cupboard under the stairs for some useful storage space while the other corner to the rear of the room is an open arch.

Follow this arch into a cosy dining area with enough room for a table and chairs. At the far end are glass patio doors to the back garden while there's a glass-panelled door to the kitchen on the adjoining wall. Take this door into a light and smart kitchen with lino flooring, natural wood finished cupboards at floor and wall level, oven and gas hob under an extractor fan and washing machine point. There's a window to the back garden over the sink and a door to the garden as well, offering a second access route. With light worktop counters, you have plenty of space to let your culinary expertise shine here.

Return to the hallway and take the stairs to the first floor. The landing leads to every room on this floor, with the first door being the main bathroom. With a tiled floor and partially tiled walls, there's a toilet, sink and bathtub with shower attachment as well as a window to the rear.

The next door is the first of three bedrooms. This is a rear-facing room with window and radiator as well as space for a double bed and plenty of furniture. As an added bonus, there's built-in storage in the form of a walk-in wardrobe.

Continue down the landing to find the first of two front facing rooms. This is the master bedroom with a front facing window, radiator and plenty of space for a large bed and a lot of furniture. Like the previous room, there's also built-in storage with a walk-in wardrobe near the door.

The final bedroom is also front facing and is good-sized single but can also be easily transformed into a home office or hobby room is not needed as a bedroom. There's inbuilt storage here with a cupboard near the door.

Head back down stairs and out into the back garden. With a paved area near both entrances, the garden stretches into a lawn with fences on one side and brick walls on the others offering privacy. There's also access to the garage from here for convenience.
