This amazing property is situated in the Spanish village of Oria within walking distance of all amenities such as: bank, bars / restaurants, bakery, butcher, chemist. The village also provides of a 24 hour medical center. The beaches can be found within an hour. And there is a weekly Sunday market.
At the front of the house there is a communal terrace where you can park your car of even sit outside to enjoy the amazing views. There is more parking space opposite the house. The front door opens into a large hall / sitting area. On the left hand side there is a double bedroom with a bathroom en suite and on the right hand side through double wooden doors there is the dining room. From the entrance straight ahead double doors lead to a lounge with fireplace which can also be reached from the dining room. From the lounge a few steps up there is a shower room, which can also be reached from the outside patio next to the kitchen. From the kitchen a staircase leads upstairs. The upstairs can also be reached from the entrance with a marble staircase. Upstairs: on the left hand side from the steps there are 2 big rooms, which can be easily be converted into bedrooms. From here a door leads to several terraces, ideal for dining outside or sunbathing and there are also 2 sheds and a workshop. On the right hand side from the steps there is a room, office with a chimney and a conservatory. From the office with a few steps we find a walk in closet / linen storage. From here there is the very spacious master bedroom with Juliet balconies with beautiful views over the surroundings. Next to the master bedroom there is a dressing room, which can be used as another bedroom. From the dressing room a door leads to the large bathroom en suite. From the master bedroom a marble staircase goes down to the entrance.
All services are connected: water, electricity, telephone, internet and mains sewerage. New plumbing and electrics are installed.
