    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Brilliant location, everything is on your door step, Piccadilly station is just over 5 minute walk and the canal is so close. Having the northern quarter very close as well is fab. The street is very safe as it’s private and we never hear constant noise. The front desk staff are the friendliest people, who are on hand all the time.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Excellent, we’ve only had one maintenance issue which needed a quick fix and it was taken care of straight away.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Honestly there isn’t anything I can fault about the building, we have been welcomed so well.

    Lots of shops/bars/resturants. Close to tram stop and city center. Marina is close by, always enjoy walks around there. Clean area.

    All problems handled in a timely manner, maintance have been very good.

    Nothing bad to note of. Area is fantastic, we're very happy here.

    I wish we had access to view the exact apartment we were given at the viewing just so we could a better idea for space etc

    How perfect the location is, everything on your doorstep. Staff are super helpful and create a lovely community, lots of resident events and activities which is amazing
