    Easy access to bus and local restaurants. Great to be near Bruntsfield and city centre which is very walkable. Great pub selection

    Building management has been very responsive in acknowledgment of my apartment needs and quickly responds to addressing the occasional needs of living in an aprment/flat

    The service form the whole team is very nice. We can bring our parcles easily, and receive some information as soon as possible.

    They emailed us quickly and send us the methods to resolve it

    Meghan, krista, moman, ayah, leanne and Greg are absolute gems. Very helpful and make me feel at home. I come down to reception area to have a lovely chat with the receptionist.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have responded my issues. I had an issue with my hot water once, there was a slight delay but they remediated my concerns and problem.

    I kind of knew what I was getting myself info so yes lol

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Central location, good flat, team is ok but they could do better to help residents in particular leasing and maintenance. They are always behind schedule. I would say Moamen, the quality manager , is the top of the team. He will go above and beyond to assist residents in many ways.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Most of the team will respond swiftly but leasing and maintenance team, they take ages to respond.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    You pay for the amenities if you want to use for a group.

    The area has a good range of shops, restaurants and open spaces. Transport links are convenient, though sometimes busy. The street is generally quiet with good sound insulation, and Leanna is a good manager who provides quick solutions in urgent situations.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management can resolve issues, but often needs reminders or chasing before problems are properly address

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known that international bank transfers to Moda can take much longer to be confirmed by the finance team. It would have helped to plan payments earlier or keep proof of transfer ready.
