The three-bedroom semi detached farmhouse now lends itself well to being modernised and improved. Northover Farm extends in total to about 8.81 acres (3.56 hectares).

THE FARMHOUSE
The farmhouse is primarily constructed of natural stone and render elevations beneath a pitched tiled roof. To the rear of the property a double storey extension has been erected and is constructed of render beneath a flat roof.

The internal accommodation begins as you enter from North Street, through the covered porch which leads directly into the lounge which is a nicely proportioned room with an open fireplace (unsure if operational) and integrated storage. The kitchen is located to the rear of the property complete with a range of wall and floor kitchen units and an electric AGA. Located on the first floor are three double bedrooms one of which is located to the front of the house and two with views to the rear of the property and over the farmstead. A large family bathroom comprising quadrant shower, bath, WC and handwash basin complete the upstairs accommodation.

Attached to farmhouse is the former shop and barn, laid with flag stone flooring and divided by timber panelling offering a wonderful opportunity (subject to obtaining planning consent) to incorporate as part of the main house. The barn has a mezzanine floor and side door to the yard.
Furthermore, there are three useful stores and utility areas attached to the rear of the barn which can be accessed from the garden and the kitchen.

SITUATION
