5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Solasta Riverside is in the perfect location! Looking out over the beautiful Clyde river and only one short bridge walk away from city central where there are unlimited shops and restaurants. There is also a Tesco only 200 meters away, making grocery shopping extremely convenient. The gym is huge with tons of equipment. There is a games area with a pool table and shuffle board table, as well as a study area and tv room. There are also private rooms you can reserve like the kitchen room and more secluded study/work areas. They always have fun things to do in the building like yoga, pasta making, candle painting, chess night, jewellery designing- you name it! The mail room is easy to access, and the garbage/recycle bins are just in the parkade! Solasta Riverside is also very pet friendly- you can often find a snack jar for your furry friends at the front entrance!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded to any problems/issues with care and kindness in a timely manner. I can tell they care about all of their tenants.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I did not know when we moved in was how many shops and walking paths/grass areas. There is also a cross-fit studio right next door! And the subway is only 300 meters away! Solasta Riverside makes everything extremely accessible!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Solasta is ideally located near the city centre, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away — making everyday convenience a real highlight. However, it's worth noting that on-site parking is limited, and I haven’t been able to park my car within the building. Despite this, the overall accessibility and vibrant surroundings more than make up for it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t encountered any issues so far, so I haven’t needed to raise any concerns. That said, based on my experience with the management’s responsiveness and professionalism, I feel confident that any problems would be handled quickly and effectively.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
My initial apartment had a view of the railway, which wasn’t something I could fully assess during the viewing. While the noise is barely noticeable during the day with the windows closed, it can be quite present at night — especially in summer when you might prefer sleeping with the windows open. Thankfully, the management was very understanding and quickly arranged for me to move to a quieter apartment after one month. For future tenants, I’d recommend asking about the apartment’s orientation and potential noise levels, especially if you're sensitive to sound.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Solasta Riverside offers modern living with great access to Glasgow city centre. The area has a growing selection of cafés, restaurants, and riverside walks, with more amenities in nearby Finnieston and Merchant City. Public transport is excellent, with Central Station and subway links nearby. The development itself is secure and well-equipped with a gym, co-working space, and rooftop terrace. However, parking is limited, and occasional noise from traffic or alarms can be an issue. Bin collections are reliable, and the street feels safe. Overall, it’s a vibrant, convenient place to live with some minor urban trade-offs.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management at Solasta Riverside is generally attentive and professional. They keep communal areas clean and well-maintained, and staff are friendly and approachable. However, response times to reported issues can vary—some residents have experienced delays with repairs or communication. Overall, the management is reliable but could improve responsiveness.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known that some apartments are closer to busy roads or commercial buildings, which can mean more noise at certain times. It’s worth asking about the apartment’s orientation before choosing. Also, while facilities are great, parking is limited and not guaranteed—new residents should check availability in advance. Overall, it’s a great place, but these details matter day-to-day.

Lots of great Arabic supermarkets nearby and close to the subway. Also, lovely restaurants nearby and a bus stop
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Haven’t had many problems but I’m sure they’d respond efficiently
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
A better mattress would definitely help. But I digress.
