    Living in Hounslow has been very convenient. The area has a good range of local shops, restaurants, and supermarkets all within walking distance. The bus and tube stations are just 2 minutes away, making commuting very easy. The area feels safe and well-connected. Bin collections are regular, and parking is generally manageable. There’s minimal noise and no noticeable anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s a peaceful and accessible neighbourhood with everything you need close by.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management and maintenance team have always responded quickly and professionally to any issues I’ve raised. Problems are usually resolved within a day or two, which shows how efficient and reliable the team is.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known how great the resident facilities are — the lounge, gym, and co-working areas are much more spacious and useful than they appeared during the initial viewing. Also, the sense of community here is better than expected; it’s a very friendly and quiet place to live. My tip to new residents: take full advantage of the amenities and the super-convenient location — everything really is just a short walk away.

    Near of station, restaurants and high street. Housekeeping, maintenance and overall staff are very supportive.

    The team always been so supportive specially Rad and Sorin

    Everything is great about this place. Apartments , staff members etc. one thing which can be improved is to arrange parking space for the guests of tenants.

    This is the best area to live as we have all the shops and restaurants which are very near to house,but going to high street in dark is very risky, apart from that others are good

    Yes they come and respond really well and they fux issues well

    Good nothing much all are good, car parking spaces can be increased because of demand

    All pros no much of cons. Parking is availability is there, bin area is there for vin collection, near to high street lot of options available for all aspects

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I recently had a sink cog in the kitchen and ithas disrupted out day to day activities. I have raised a request online and the next morning the maintenance support Rad was at my door. He was v firendly and have sorted out the issue within few minutes.

    Nothing as such. The team has provided me everything tbat was discussed before me onboarding
