To the front of the property there is a driveway parking area with parking for three cars in addition to the integral single garage. A footpath leads to the front door and to the left a low gate opens to the side garden with a side gate to the right too for full 360 access.
The entrance hall on the lower ground floor has a door to a cloakroom with w.c. and wash hand basin and a further door into the integral garage. Also, off the hall a low door opens to a storage area under the dining room which has limited head height but is nevertheless a very useful space.
Stairs lead up to the main entrance hall and to the left is the good sized living room which has windows to two sides and an opening through to the dining room and here there are French doors out to the composite decking seating area. To the other end of the living room an opening lead to the kitchen/breakfast room. The master bedroom is a good size and enjoys lovely views across the town and has an en-suite shower room with double shower cubicle, w.c., wash hand basin and heated towel rail, with built in wardrobes too. Bedrooms two and three are also good-sized double bedrooms.
The garden to the property is well enclosed and secure for dogs and children. To one side there are gradual steps which lead down to a pedestrian gate on the side. At the rear there is a raised patio seating area and footpath with raised bed alongside which leads to the main side garden. Here there is a raised decked seating area outside the dining room which has a few steps down to a paved patio. The remainder of the garden is finished in stones.
