We purchased the property due to its proximity to Oxford city, easy cycle and access to Cowley Road and Cowley Centre, (Templars Square). We have fantastic neighbours who have been great over the past 5 years. We have a large master bedroom and a South facing garden, which is lovely in the summer. We enjoy our proximity to the cinema and entertainment facilities at the Kassam. As a first time buyer, affordability and a great community in area was important.
