Have a household income of £80,000 a year or less.
Meet the minimum income and affordability requirements to sustain the tenancy

What is a key worker?
Key workers are not just nurses, teachers, police and firefighters, there is a whole host of other professions that are classed as key workers. A key worker is essentially anyone that works in the public sector, government, education, prison, highways service and much more in a local area where their role in the community is essential.
