We have lived in this property for 6 years after viewing 7 other bungalows at that time in Yateley. We settled on this one because we loved the wraparound kitchen/dining room/lounge. And I have to say, that’s very much still the case whilst being able to open all the internal doors to “open” the space up when entertaining , we can also close the doors when peace is needed.
We also just love the conservatory and the beautiful light in there and it’s a lovely quiet space too. Speaking of quiet, this is a lovely quiet road ( & nice neighbours ) and the garden is also quiet, secluded and not overlooked from any angle! It truly is the best space that we have ever had and the flow of the bungalow really works, and we have been very happy here. As you probably already know, we are only selling because we want to move to the coast.

Inside, the property has a lovely flow. There’s a modern kitchen and bathroom, a cosy living room with log burner, and a sunny conservatory that makes the most of the natural light. All three bedrooms are doubles, with the main bedroom enjoying its own dressing area, which is a real bonus.

My favourite part of the home has to be the open-plan kitchen and dining room. It’s such a sociable space – perfect for family life, Sunday roasts, or gatherings with friends where everyone naturally comes together.

Step outside and you’ll find a low-maintenance garden, ideal if you prefer relaxing in the sun rather than spending weekends on upkeep. On the practical side, there’s driveway parking, plus not one but two garages – a large double and a single – offering loads of storage and flexibility.
