Montpezat-sous-Bauzon is a charming, peaceful village in the Ardèche, surrounded by volcanic landscapes, dramatic gorges and winding rivers.There's a beautiful12th century church and lots of historic stone houses, of which this is one. There's a small but very friendly and welcoming community of around 900 inhabitants. The surrounding landscape is the perfect playground for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits. 

Climate: 
One of the main draws to this region of France is the climate. It's a region of strong seasonal contrasts with warm, sunny summers and winter's where snowfall is quite common. Unlike many areas of southern France the summer heat is tempered by the elevated position, meaning that temperatures are much more pleasant in the summer months.
