- It has an agricultural tractor with a digger, shredder-brushcutter, ploughshare, and front-end loader.
- The cultivated area has a localized irrigation system divided into sectors, each equipped with a mesh filter and a Venturi system for individual application of products (both for the crop and for cleaning the drippers). It is fully covered by a 5-meter-high trellis greenhouse with a flat, mesh roof.
The farm has three unpaved access roads, starting from the main highway TF-653 and crossing the farm from one side to the other, allowing for quick and convenient cultivation tasks, especially fruit harvesting. They are equipped for access by small and large vehicles.
