"Woodside Road has been the perfect place for us. Our open living space made for easy hosting of Christmas, BBQs and coffee catch ups. We’ve watched New Year fireworks from upstairs and caught the summer sun in the garden. Nightingale valley is on the doorstep for our daily dog walks, as is St Annes park. We regularly walk to the Deli, the Langton Pub, the brewery and the sauna. We’re sad to say goodbye to this house and our neighbours but we know that the next owners will enjoy it just as much."

The home

For nature lovers, the River Avon is on your doorstep, with St Anne’s Wood and Nightingale Valley Nature Reserve a short walk away.

For commuters the regular number 5 bus runs to Bristol City Centre, or you can cycle to Bristol Temple Meads in around 15 minutes. Drivers can take Feeder Road into the city centre, or join St Philip’s Causeway for the M32 and beyond
