    Nearby city centre, good locality, restaurants and pubs are nice. Secure, with cc tv cameras in the premises.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Good, responded on time, proactively resolved issues with mould.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Repair and maintenance service is really good, repaired dishwasher, washing machine

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Great location in Southampton central areal and great facilities like delivery lockers, gym and seasonal events. Bad aspects are paid parking in the building, traffic noise, anti-social behaviour area, limited equipment in the gym, staff not aways helpful. The rental price always goes up much over the average price for the region.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Overall is good. But tends to “forget” our requests or having to chase again. “Lost packages” is a constant issue and the staff are not really willing to help. Packages can go missing for days or weeks.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish to know that the average yearly rental increase would be way above the regional average.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The area is very convenient being in the centre of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants about, however, the estate the build is next to is quite rough and can feel unsafe at times due to police often visiting the building.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have responded quickly and fixed any problems I have had.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known how much additional parking would cost as this is a big added expense

    It is a lovely place to live with lots of shops and local to the town centre. It could do with better more affordable parking.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have raised issues around the water not working we had received prompt feedback and resplution

    Parking was quite expensive so therefore to factor on costs

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The disturbance from the building work going on around my building is absolutely dreadful. I am having to clean my balcony every day due to the dirt and dust, coughing when I go outside and keep my doors clothes even though it is the middle of summer. I think a discount in my rent for this disturbance is reasonable.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management are normally good at responding quickly to issues raised.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    They are advertised Pet Friendly, but nowhere for my dog to go and not allowed on the roof terrace.
