* Be able to evidence you are working at the time of the initial letting

* Have insufficient funds/deposit to purchase a property on the open market

* Have the 'Right to Rent' in the UK (as defined by government guidelines)

* Not have any outstanding credit issues and be able to undergo a credit check. Please note if you have any CCJs or IVAs this will be an automatic refusal.

FEES:

There are no reservation fees or tenancy deposit.

You will be required to pay up to two months' rent upfront.
