Backyard:
The backyard area is 565 sq. m. Outside: shower, terraces, barbecue area and garden.
An Andalusian stone wall with a custom design and LED lighting was built to protect the perimeter of the courtyard. A well, believed to be over 300 years old, has been preserved, with a special arched design through the stone wall and decorated with a custom-made iron pulley above the well. The garden is planted with various fruit trees and plants adapted to the area. A pergola measuring 8 x 5 m (40 sq. m) was built. The total area of the pergola is 64 sq. m, of which 40 sq. m with a roof and 24 sq. m open. The floor and steps of the pergola are made of terracotta. The pergola is made of Turkish oak and rests on columns made of natural stone imported from Turkey. Next to the pergola there is a vegetable garden, separated by steel fences, of about 24 sq. m. There is also a small storage room. An underground irrigation system for the garden has been installed, controlled by the American brand HUNTER. To protect the environment, the old traditional septic system of the house has been replaced with a bio-septic system imported from Italy.
