We are seeking a partner to promote this site through the Local Plan Review process on our behalf, whether it be by way of a House Builder Option Agreement or a Planning Promotional Agreement with a promoter. We would expect any partner to promote the site at their cost and risk, as thoroughly as possible, showcasing the site's attributes and demonstrating its suitability, sustainability, deliverability and availability.
Tender Process
