IMPORTANT - I don't do any credit reference checks but you will need a home-owning guarantor to sign a document guaranteeing your rent before moving in. Someone who owns a house in England or Wales. A friend or work colleague or family member. I don't mind.

This is my banks requirement and I can't change it unfortunately.
