Description - In 2023 an application for the erection of two dwellings was withdrawn having been through the consultation process. The application at the time was not well received having attracted a number of local objections.

The Civic Society objected to the application principally due to the proposed over-development of a small site resulting in a lack of amenity space for the future residents. The Civic Society at the time suggested they could support a development limited to a single two storey dwelling built in a style that compliments the local vernacular.

The Architects Panel questioned the suitability of the site for two dwellings and suggested there may be an opportunity for a small mews-like property on the corner of the plot.
