Tanner's Hatch is a secluded property located in the Surrey Hills National Landscape, part of the Polesden Lacey Estate.

The property is a traditional, rustic cottage-style building that has long served as a youth hostel, providing simple accommodation in rural setting. It is accessed by footpath or track, off Ranmore Common Road and surrounded by chalk grassland, ancient woodland and a number of well-established public rights of way, including the North Downs Way.
