    I am so happy with the team especially Ethlin, she is really helpful and lovely person. Living in my local area has been a very pleasant experience overall. It’s a friendly and safe community with convenient access to shops, cafes, and public transport. The neighbourhood feels peaceful and well-maintained, and there’s a real sense of community among residents, which makes it feel like home. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that parking can sometimes be limited, especially during busy hours. However, this is a minor issue compared to all the positive aspects of living here. Overall, I’m very happy with my area and truly enjoy being part of this community.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management has always been very responsive and professional whenever I’ve raised an issue. They handle requests quickly and communicate clearly about any ongoing maintenance or updates. I’ve found the team to be approachable, polite, and genuinely caring about residents’ comfort and satisfaction. On the rare occasions when a problem took a bit longer to resolve, they still kept me informed and followed up until everything was sorted. Overall, I’m very pleased with the way management deals with any concerns — their support really adds to the positive living experience here.

    Earlsfield has a small town feel with a wide selections of shops and cafes as well as a good link to Central London

    All good. Maintenance is broadly responsive, no issues

    Nothing really. But worth knowing that flats faces the rail can be a bit noisy

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    I've only recently moved in, but overall it's been lovely so far. There are lots of cute restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores nearby, offering a great variety and quality. It's very walkable, and everything feels close and convenient. Public transport links seem good, with regular buses and nearby train stations, though I’m still figuring out the best routes. I don’t drive, but I cycle, and there’s been plenty of space to store my bike safely. Bin collections appear reliable, and I haven’t noticed any anti-social behaviour or excessive traffic noise, which has made settling in really pleasant.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I had a problem with the shower shortly after moving in, and the building management responded right away. They were quick, professional, and had it fixed without any hassle. It was reassuring to see how efficiently they handled the issue.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known how to use the gym speaker system before moving in—it wasn’t immediately obvious how it worked, and there weren’t any clear instructions. It’s a small thing, but it would’ve made workouts more enjoyable from the start. Otherwise, everything has been smooth!

    Really love Sunday mills and the proximity to the centre and train station. Ethlin is great and always ready to welcome you and answer you questions with a big smile. . Rooms can fit surprisingly amount of things. Good community and good gym. Would recommend highly Sunday mills

    Quick response. Issues are fixed on less than 24 hours

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I moved in earlier, I have no regrets and would love to be here for a bit more

    Good quiet area lots of facilities and friendly environment . Recommend for easy travel to london also and tube close

    Yes quick to do same day of urgent and easy submission process

    Good easy to go renting. Nothing much, space is a premium and fridges aren’t massive. But nothing much!
