Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is very convenient, but we occasionally notice the smell of people smoking weed nearby, even in the garden, which can be unpleasant.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever we have a problem with our flat or building, we report it to the team, and they usually resolve it quickly, which makes us feel things are handled efficiently. The reception team, especially Manau, is always kind and helpful whenever we have questions or need assistance. The leasing team, especially Ashley, is very efficient and always ready to help with a smile. One small area for improvement is the phone response—sometimes no one answers, so we have to go to the office in person.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Before moving in, I wish I had known that the automatic door at Xavier Building can be out of service for long periods—I hope this can be fixed as soon as possible. The WiFi can also be quite slow, so we often need to use our own mobile data. We even contacted the network company, and they provided a network cable, but wireless devices like smartphones are still affected.
Manager's response5Thank you for sharing your experience! We couldn't agree more - regular lift maintenance is a top priority for us. We are committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all our customers in our high-rise building. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is fantastic — right next to Westfield Shopping Centre, with a vast variety of shops, restaurants, cafés, and entertainment options just a short walk away. The Elizabeth Line is also very close, making it quick and easy to get around London. Transport links are excellent, and life here feels very convenient. The area is generally safe and lively, though traffic can sometimes be busy due to the popularity of the shopping centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I’ve raised an issue, management has acknowledged it promptly and followed up until it was resolved. Even for smaller matters, they remain approachable and professional, which makes it easy to trust their support.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The community atmosphere here is very welcoming — residents are friendly, and it’s easy to settle in quickly. One thing to note is that weekends can get lively due to the shopping centre nearby, so it’s worth expecting a busier vibe at those times.
Manager's response5Thank you for sharing your positive experience at Coppermaker Square! We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying our modern facilities and exceptional customer service. VAL from our maintenance team takes pride in providing top-notch assistance, and we are glad that they have made you feel well cared for. We hope to continue exceeding your expectations in the future.
