I've been an estate agent for 35 years, with 10 as MD of a major high street firm. So I know the expertise you need to head up a big brand. Yet I've also seen how people are now looking for something smaller, something bespoke that doesn't just help you buy or sell a house, but goes further. We want to help people find a whole neighbourhood that suits their lifestyle, somewhere perfect for how they want to live, not just where.

And there's only one way to do that - with excellent local knowledge. This has been my local area for 25 years, so if you're house-hunting, I can tell you where the great coffee shops are, the scenic dog walks and the superb Sunday roasts. Even if you're after really specialist advice, there's a good chance I know who to put you in touch with. Not just while you're looking for a place, but long after you've moved in.
